Valve lubricants and stem greases are formulated to protect valve stems and packing boxes from corrosion and galling, reducing the torque required to operate both manual and automated valves. Proper valve lubrication extends packing life, reduces actuator wear, and improves the reliability of automated valves in remote locations where maintenance access is limited — a common challenge in oil & gas gathering systems across Wyoming and Utah.

Thread compounds and anti-seize lubricants are essential for the assembly and maintenance of flanged connections, valve bodies, and actuator mounting brackets subjected to thermal cycling and corrosive atmospheres. Our PTFE-based and metallic-particle thread compounds provide the lubrication and corrosion protection necessary to prevent galling and ease future disassembly — reducing maintenance labor costs on scheduled turnarounds throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
