From our facility in Heber City, Utah, our experienced technicians design, fabricate, assemble, and test complete automated valve packages for oil & gas, mining, water & wastewater, power generation, and chemical processing customers across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming.

As a factory-authorized manufacturer's representative for AUMA, Hytork, and Indelac Controls, ATSCO has the engineering depth to select the right actuator for every application — and the in-house capabilities to mount it properly. Our valve actuation service covers the entire scope from initial torque calculation and actuator sizing through bracket design and fabrication, coupling selection, and final assembly and functional testing before the package ships to your facility.

Every actuated valve package ATSCO produces is assembled and tested in our in-house machine shop. Our technicians mount electric and pneumatic actuators to any valve body using custom-machined brackets and couplings manufactured on site. This single-source approach eliminates the coordination problems that arise when bracket fabrication and actuator assembly are split between multiple vendors — and it means faster turnaround than shipping work out of state.

ATSCO's valve actuation capabilities extend to complete control valve packages including solenoid valves, positioners, limit switches, junction boxes, and air sets. We build to customer specifications or work from P&ID drawings and data sheets to develop a complete package specification. Our team is experienced with AUMA's ACV and ACEXC electric actuator controls, VAC Accessories positioners, and field instruments from our process instrumentation line card.

For turnaround and maintenance projects, ATSCO provides actuator remounting and reconditioning services. Whether you need an existing actuator removed, inspected, relubricated, and remounted on a replacement valve body — or a complete actuator upgrade from manual to automated operation — our team can execute the work efficiently to minimize process downtime across Rocky Mountain industrial facilities.
