Flow Indicators

Eletta flow indicators provide direct visual confirmation of flow presence and rate in liquid and gas pipelines without requiring electrical power. Built around a proven variable area measuring principle, Eletta indicators use a magnetically coupled float that moves linearly with flow rate, driving a clear scale pointer readable from a distance. The S-GSS stainless steel indicator is a compact, high-pressure solution for instrument-quality flow monitoring in corrosive and high-purity applications. The D-GL series offers a dual-scale indicator in a glass body for clean liquids and gases, ideal for HVAC, cooling water, and laboratory applications.

The M3 Series metal-body flow indicator provides rugged performance for harsh industrial environments including aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, and high-pressure service. All Eletta indicators are available in a wide range of process connections, scale ranges, and body materials to suit virtually any liquid or gas metering application.

Flow Switches

Eletta flow switches combine visual flow indication with integrated reed switch or electronic switching outputs for process alarms, pump protection, and control interlocks. The V-GSS variable area flow switch provides both a clear visual indicator and a reliable switching output in a single stainless steel instrument, eliminating the need for a separate indicator and switch. The V2/V25 Series flow switches offer a compact, high-performance design with SPDT reed switch output and IP67 enclosure protection for installation in wet or washdown environments.

The PR1 Stainless Steel Flow Switch is a paddle-style flow switch designed for direct pipe mounting in DN15 through DN100 pipelines. Its rugged 316L stainless steel construction and simple installation make it ideal for pump protection and low-flow alarm duties in chemical, water treatment, and industrial cooling systems. Eletta flow switches are available with SPDT reed switch, inductive proximity, or electronic (NPN/PNP) switching outputs to match any control system requirement.

Flow Transmitters

Eletta flow transmitters add 4–20 mA analog output to the proven variable area measurement principle, enabling direct integration with DCS, SCADA, and PLC control systems. The D-GL Transmitter combines the visual clarity of a glass tube indicator with a 4–20 mA output signal, providing both local readout and remote monitoring from a single instrument. This is ideal for applications where operators need on-site flow confirmation as well as continuous data logging or control.

The R-FA Series transmitter offers a fully electronic variable area flow transmitter with no moving parts in contact with the media, delivering high reliability and low maintenance for clean and slightly contaminated liquids and gases. The M3 Transmitter provides 4–20 mA output in a rugged metal body for high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive process conditions. All Eletta transmitters are loop-powered and available with HART protocol for compatibility with modern asset management systems.
