FluoroSeal Specialty Valves is a privately owned manufacturer headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada that specializes in the design, manufacture, and service of a full range of sleeved and lined industrial plug valves. Under current ownership since 2000, the company has experienced steady growth and now operates with a staff of approximately 230 employees worldwide. FluoroSeal plug valves are ISO 9001 and PED 97/23/EC certified and are approved and widely used by leading international corporations including Bayer, DuPont, Exxon/Mobil, Monsanto, Occidental Chemicals, and UOP.
FluoroSeal sleeved and lined plug valves incorporate a state-of-the-art PTFE fluorocarbon seat design that provides a high-integrity, bubble-tight seal both in-line and to atmosphere, requiring minimal maintenance for trouble-free operation. Lined with PTFE, RPTFE, or PFA fluoropolymers, FluoroSeal valves are chemically inert, corrosion-resistant, low-friction, and leak-resistant, making them ideal for aggressive service in chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, fine chemicals, and specialty chemical applications. Sleeve lined plug valves are available in on/off and multi-port configurations, including three-way and four-way patterns, in a wide variety of body and plug materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-alloy castings.
FluoroSeal plug valves can be supplied with manual handles and gear operators or fully automated with pneumatic and electric actuators, limit switches, solenoid valves, and positioners for on/off or modulating service.
