Ball Valves — Trunnion, Floating & Metal-Seated

Tiger Valve manufactures a comprehensive range of ball valves for pipeline and process service. Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves per API 6D are designed for large-diameter, high-pressure pipeline isolation and block-and-bleed applications, featuring a fixed-trunnion ball design that reduces operating torque and provides superior seat sealing under high differential pressure. Available in full-bore and reduced-bore configurations from 2 inch through 60 inch and ANSI Class 150 through 2500.

Flanged Floating Ball Valves provide cost-effective shutoff for general process service in sizes from ½ inch through 12 inch and ANSI Class 150 through 900. Metal-Seated Ball Valves are engineered for high-temperature, abrasive, and erosive service conditions where soft seats would fail — including steam, hot oil, catalyst handling, sand-laden fluids, and cryogenic service. Shut-Off Pig Valves

Gate valves provide full-bore isolation with minimal pressure drop, globe valves deliver precise throttling and flow control, and swing check valves prevent backflow in pump discharge and process piping. All cast steel valves are available per ASME B16.34 in Class 150 through 2500 with carbon steel (WCB), low-temperature carbon steel (LCB), and stainless steel (CF8M) body options.

Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves

Tiger Valve Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves provide economical quarter-turn shutoff for water, HVAC, and general process service. Available in wafer and lug body styles in sizes from 2 inch through 48 inch, Tiger Valve butterfly valves feature ductile iron or carbon steel bodies with a wide selection of disc materials, seat elastomers, and liner materials to suit potable water, seawater, mild chemicals, and general industrial media. Butterfly valves are available bare-stem for manual operation with lever or gear operator, or with ISO 5211 mounting for pneumatic and electric actuator installation.

Pneumatic Actuators

Tiger Valve manufactures Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuators for quarter-turn valve automation in double-acting and spring-return configurations. Built to ISO 5211 and NAMUR standards, Tiger Valve rack-and-pinion actuators are compatible with all major valve brands and automation accessories. Torque outputs range from 10 Nm to 3,000+ Nm to cover the full range of butterfly, ball, and plug valve automation requirements.

Diaphragm and Piston Pneumatic Actuators provide precise pneumatic control for globe valves, needle valves, and other linear-travel applications.
