Pratt Industrial Valves

- Butterfly Valves — Resilient Seated, High Performance, AWWA
Henry Pratt Company has been a leading manufacturer of industrial valves for over 130 years, engineering butterfly valves that serve the most demanding applications in water and wastewater, power generation, chemical processing, oil and gas, mining, and general industry. Founded in 1901 and headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, Pratt is part of the Mueller Water Products family of brands and maintains a worldwide reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.
Pratt's product portfolio is built around butterfly valves — and includes both standard catalog configurations and custom-engineered solutions for nuclear, critical service, and large-diameter pipeline applications. Pratt valves are specified by engineering firms, utilities, and plant operators worldwide and are backed by one of the industry's most comprehensive application engineering and customer support organizations.
ATSCO Sales & Service is Pratt's factory-authorized manufacturer's representative for the Rocky Mountain region, providing application engineering, in-house valve actuation, local inventory, and field support for Pratt valves across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming. With over 50 years of industrial valve experience and a complete in-house machine shop, ATSCO delivers fully assembled and tested Pratt valve automation packages ready for installation.
Butterfly Valves
Pratt butterfly valves are available in resilient seated, high performance double-offset, and AWWA configurations to cover the full range of industrial and municipal process applications. The SB Series resilient seated butterfly valves offer a compact, low-cost solution for water, HVAC, and general process service in wafer and lug body styles, while the OS Series high performance butterfly valves deliver tight shutoff and long cycle life for demanding chemical, power, and refinery applications at elevated temperatures and pressures.
Pratt's nuclear-qualified butterfly valves — including the Series 1100 — meet the most stringent safety and quality requirements for nuclear power plant service, with documentation packages, seismic qualification, and materials traceability to support Class 1, 2, and 3 nuclear applications. All Pratt butterfly valves are available bare-stem, with manual gear operators, or fully automated with pneumatic and electric actuators for on/off or modulating control.
